You are always welcome to e-mail us and to describe your problem, we`ll reply you about possibility of delivery in a short time.
What happens after I place an order?
When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a "Thank You" page, which will have an online order confirmation number on it. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. Your order is then sent over a secure connection to "Present to Russia" Russian Flower Shop. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been downloaded and received at your shop. If there are any problems with your order, one of our customer service associates will contact you by e-mail or phone.
What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail?
You will receive an order confirmation message via e-mail shortly after "Present to Russia" receives your order. If you do not receive this message within four hours of placing your order, there might be a delay on the Web due to traffic. If this happens, please feel free to contact us at +7 8432 659565 or firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure that your order is being processed.
Can I change the delivery address?
We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. To request a change to your order's delivery address, please write us email@example.com and clarify what should be changed in your order.

If your order has not been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we will be happy to change its intended delivery date. To request a change to your delivery date, please write us firstname.lastname@example.org and clarify what date we should deliver your order.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
We never send personal information, such as your credit card number, over the network in a way that is readable to anyone, even us. We encrypt your information and send it over the Internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice a blue bar at the top of the browser window and an unbroken key or lock icon at the bottom left corner of the window.

Can I cancel an order?
If your order has not already been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we can easily cancel it. To do so, please contact our customer service department immediately at +7 8432 659565 or email@example.com.
If your order has already been sent out for delivery we will be unable to cancel it.

Which credit cards are accepted?
"Present to Russia" accepts a variety of credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club, JCB.
When will my credit card be charged?
"Present to Russia" will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified on the spot and prompted to use another card. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and transferred securely to your shop.
Your account will be charged in 24 to 48 hours.
What was the total charged to my credit card?
The price you see in the basket is the TOTAL price you pay. It includes delivery, arrangement, free postcard and all taxes. So, the price you see on our site is the total amount charged to your credit card.
What are the advantages of registering?
If you did any orders before and marked field "Remember my data", you may enter member ID and password and you will recieve a form with all the personal information you mentioned in your previous orders.
What if I forgot my password?
If you have already registered and do not remember your password, we can send it to you, just e-mail us please.
I do not want to be disturbed by frequent e-mails. What should I do?
We respect your privacy. Just let us know that you do not want to receive e-mails and we will follow your instructions. Send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do the rest. However, if you have entered on the Reminder Service the dates you wish to be reminded, we will do so.
Will I get any confirmation regarding the execution of my order?
Yes, we will send you two e-mails; one e-mail on confirmation of order and another to the e-mail address specified on the form giving you the details of who received the gift, when and what was his/her reaction.
I am not sure of the address of a popular person. Can you deliver?
We have a database of many important persons like celebrities, stars or political figures. If a specific order is received we will strain every nerve to deliver your gift.
Will there be any refund if the order is not delivered properly?
Once you place your order, "Present to Russia" Russian Flower Shop will try its utmost to deliver the gift at the place and date you have specified. It is our modest claim that we have achieved 98% efficiency in delivering our customers' gifts. Circumstances beyond our control like difficulty in tracing the recipient's address or natural calamities like cyclone, flood and even irritants like road blocks and traffic jams may hinder our goal to deliver promptly.
Would you give some useful advices for sending flowers to Russia?
We NEVER give an even number of flowers. We don't know why but it's considered to be a bad sign. Russians don`t give thirteen flowers as usually, because thirteen is considered to be a bad number. There are no strict rules when it comes to the colors of flowers but we advice you a few things.
First, red always works. It's good as a sign for friendship, for official occasions and by no means as a sign for love.
Second, we wouldn't recommend you giving yellow flowers. Some people consider yellow to be a sign for unfaithfulness or separation. Carnations are considered very official flowers and it is not the best solution to present it to beloved one.
Anyway, you are always welcome to write us and we will do our best to help and advice you how to make your order a very pleasant surprise.
